Capstone Corporation is currently seeking a Tier II Helpdesk Technician to support Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) located at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC.
Minimum education and experience:
Must possess excellent customer interface skills.
Proven ability to detect and remediate tier II desktop issues related, but not limited to, Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with asset inventory services for blackberry, web cams, smart card readers, monitors, laptops, desktops, etc. for hundreds of users.
Understanding of CAC deployment process and ability to troubleshoot related issues.
Ability to perform equipment relocation and installation including all related technical requirements.
