    Capstone Corporation is currently seeking a  Business Analyst to support NMCI, located in he Washington DC area.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensures information and training is being disseminated to all levels of the chain-of-command through beltway weekly, regional meetings, and weekly meetings with HP leadership.
    • Responsible for reporting "unpriced" NGEN project cost and execution status.
    • Manages CNIC’s Service Request Management (SRM) activities including the policies for coordinating, approving, and tracking claimant usage of SRM.
    • Interfaces with NEPLO and Funeral Honors program management to ensure their unique information technology requirements are supported.
    • Assists Regional CTRs, DCTRs, ACTRs with access to HPSM.
    • Prepares budgetary data and justification in support of CNIC NMCI programs/projects.
    • Monitors recurring and claimant specific technical problems associated with the Navy's NMCI efforts.
    • Evaluates technical problems and provides pertinent data and makes recommendations to the NGEN Contractor, PM NMCI program office, and CNIC leadership as required.
    • Assists CNIC HQ CTR with NMCI inventory and DRMO support.
    • Provides support as needed to troubleshoot OIX messaging issues.
    • Creates and submits GDA requests to NNWC to stop/re-start NMCI patch deployment of NGEN seats used by traveling front office staff.

    Basic Qualifications

    Minimum education and years of experience:

    • Associates degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    • Eight (8) years experience in the NMCI technical arena.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Must have technical expertise with much of the hardware and software used on NMCI.

    • Must have knowledge of various aspects of the NMCI program as well as the hardware and software used on NMCI.

    • Must be proficient with preparing reports, EXSUMs, slides, and briefing sheets on both budgetary and technical info.

    • Must have experience coordinating and resolving NMCI issues among CNIC, NGEN Contractor, and PM NMCI leadership.

    • Knowledgeable of NMCI NGEN contract.

    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure and work independently.

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

    Minimum security clearance:

    • Final DoD Secret clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
