The MTC provides training for units and institutions in the greater San Antonio area, including the US Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Center of Excellence (School and Center), the Army Medical Command (MEDCOM, medical units, both Active and Reserve), Army Component, Northern Command (ARNORTH), Army Command, Southern Command (ARSOUTH), 24th Air Force Cyber Mission Elements, Defense Health Affairs, and the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), San Antonio.
