  • Overview

The Department of the Army has designated the Mission Training Complex (MTC) as the vehicle for providing collective training for Army leaders, Soldiers and staffs on the art and science of Mission Command. This training supports small units (squads through companies) and medium-sized units (battalions and brigades) in training environments ranging from Stability and Support Operations (SSO) through Full Spectrum Operations (FSO).
