Capstone Corporation is currently seeking Help Desk Logisticians to provide support to Commander, Naval Installations Command (CNIC) located in Virginia Beach, VA. These positions provide on-going logistics support for the Naval Security Forces (NSF) Ashore AT/FP Equipment Program and will be filled upon final task order award.
The Help Desk - Logistics position provides program, logistics and technical/administrative support services across the AEL program including assisting with new product identification; facilitating cross command operations meetings and internal CNIC briefings by providing meeting support; assisting all parties in identifying and resolving equipment requests, shipping, receipt, and warehousing discrepancies; and help desk services.
Assists in researching and identifying new security equipment products.
Drafts meeting agendas and retains visibility of a fast-paced operationally driven program that commonly has pop-up urgent matters needing integration into several concurrent plans of action.
Provides updated data on inventory and equipment request processing for internal and external briefing to CNIC.
Receives and reviews submitted requests from Navy installations.
Assists in tracking and resolving equipment orders, deliveries, and receipt to the CNIC headquarters warehouse site and to individual installations.
Provides technical and logistical support to CNIC N3AT headquarters, regional, and site personnel in support of the CNIC NSF Ashore AT/FP Equipment Program via telephone or e-mail including:
Collecting data on equipment status
Documenting interface with end-users
Providing performance data and metrics
Providing customer support to ordering installations.
