  • Overview

    Capstone Corporation is currently seeking Administrative Professionals to work for a government customer located at the Pentagon.  These positions will be filled upon final contract award.



    • Maintains Pentagon office/suite for government experience and facilitates seamless access to the Pentagon.
    • Maintains Pentagon office/suite for government customer and facilitates seamless access to the Pentagon for Senior Leaders.
    • Supports the Office of Director and the Front Offices (FO) of the government customer for timely execution of tasking, prepares correspondence/read ahead materials, and manages conference calls visits in the Pentagon.
    • Manages, organizes, and improves office operations and procedures in support of government customer.
    • Prepares correspondence and read ahead materials, manages meeting schedules, conference calls, and coordinates visit requests.
    • Manages Pentagon office and facility by improving and organizing office operations and procedures in support of government customer.
    • Supports Directorate and Office level executive assistants and military assistants for timely execution of tasking.
    • Provides oversight for facility/Information Technology (IT) infrastructure at the government customer, including managing Air Force (AF) Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router/Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR/SIPR), Joint Staff workstations & printers, and all office suite computers/telecommunication/network/IT equipment.
    • Manages the Pentagon suite conference room with a variety of diverse network connections, Polycom and secure Video Teleconference (VTC).
    • Manages Privilege User/Tier 3c media file transfers and Pentagon Client Support Technician (CST) management of NIPR/SIPR accounts.
    • Provides backup support to the Pentagon suite’s Senior Administrative Assistant.
    • Tracks, files, closes and archives Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) actions initiated by both internal and external organizations to include assigning, coordinating, consolidating and evaluating group responses in order to present a polished, timely and accurate product.
    • Coordinates government customer VTC for PSG Symposia.
    • Prepares Engagement Activity Reports (EARs).
    • Provides executive support to the government customer in the Pentagon suite.

    Basic Qualifications

    Minimum education and years of experience:

    • High school graduate or GED.
    • From zero (0) to nine (9) years of related experience.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
    • Ability to provide various levels of administrative support to senior leadership.

    Minimum clearance requirement:

    • TS/SCI and Poly eligible.
