    Capstone Corporation is currently seeking a Task Order Manager to support the Department of the Army (DA) G 3/5/7 designated Mission Training Complex (MTC) located at The Berry Mission Training Complex at Ft Polk, LA. This training supports small units (squads through companies) and medium-sized units (battalions and brigades) in training environments ranging from Stability and Support Operations (SSO) through Full Spectrum Operations (FSO). 

     

    Capstone endeavors to support the Berry Mission Training Complex with collective Mission Command training, Leader Training and Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Games for Training (GFT), and constructive simulations-supported training, as well as facilities management and access control.  Capstone must be able to simultaneously conduct these training requirements and be able to combine these events into a simultaneous synthetic environment using the Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVCG) Integrated Training Environment (ITE).

     

    This position will be filled upon contract award.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensures that all contract deliverables are produced and submitted on time and to standard to the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
    • Exercises the corporate decision-making authority to effectively and rapidly respond to task order (TO) requirements.
    • Serves as the principal point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative for all technical requirements in the task order.
    • Serves as the supervisor for Capstone employees assigned to this task order.
    • Exercises the authority to commit Capstone on matters concerning the TO, including negotiating and approving changes to the TO, taking all actions necessary to ensure TO compliance and proper performance of all work assigned, and authority for managing on-board personnel, and acquisition of additional or replacement personnel.

    Basic Qualifications

    Minimum education and years experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.
    • Ten (10) years of supervisory experience.
    • Completion of Army General Staff College (CGSC) or equivalent.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Availability during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government personnel.
    • Background and experience with military training and training support.

    • Experience in operations and training requirements at brigade or higher level.

    • Background in training management.

    Minimum clearance:

    • Final DoD Secret Clearance.
