    Capstone Corporation is currently seeking a Training Support Lead to support the Department of the Army (DA) G 3/5/7 designated Mission Training Complex (MTC) located at The Berry Mission Training Complex at Ft Polk, LA. This training supports small units (squads through companies) and medium-sized units (battalions and brigades) in training environments ranging from Stability and Support Operations (SSO) through Full Spectrum Operations (FSO). 


    Capstone endeavors to support the Berry Mission Training Complex with collective Mission Command training, Leader Training and Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Games for Training (GFT), and constructive simulations-supported training, as well as facilities management and access control.  Capstone must be able to simultaneously conduct these training requirements and be able to combine these events into a simultaneous synthetic environment using the Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVCG) Integrated Training Environment (ITE).


    This position will be filled upon contract award.


    • Conduct overall scheduling management coordination
    • Conduct training in the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)
    • Conduct end-to-end training event planning using the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process, including:
      • Exercise Design: training objective determination, Concept Development Conference design and conduct.
      • Exercise Planning: Initial and Main Planning Conference design and conduct, Exercise Control Group development, Scenario development, Operational Environment development.
      • Exercise Preparation: Final Planning Conference design and conduct, Exercise Control Group training.
      • Exercise Execution: perform exercise control functions, collect data for After Action review.
      • Exercise Assessment: design, prepare and be prepared to deliver the formal After Action Review, prepare and send out the post-exercise Take Home Package of materials.

    Basic Qualifications

    Minimum education and years experience:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Eight (8) years experience with military training and training support, including five (5) years in operations and training management.

    • Completion of Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education.  Equivalent military schooling will be considered.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Experience in operations and training requirements at brigade level or higher.
    • Familiarity with MDMP.
    • Understanding of JELC.

    Minimum clearance:

    • Final DoD Secret Clearance.
