Overview

 

The Department of the Army has designated the Mission Training Complex (MTC) as the vehicle for providing collective training for Army leaders, Soldiers and staffs on the art and science of Mission Command. This training supports small units (squads through companies) and medium-sized units (battalions and brigades) in training environments ranging from Stability and Support Operations (SSO) through Full Spectrum Operations (FSO). In order to function effectively in the Army’s Unified Land Operations operating environment, units and leaders must receive the best training available to enable them to successfully carry out mission-type orders. The Mission Training Complex at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) allows a fuller, immersed view of the battlefield and gives commanders at all levels better situational awareness.

 

Capstone endeavors to support the JBSA MTC with collective Mission Command training, Leader Training and Development, Games for Training (GFT), and constructive simulations-supported training, as well as facilities management and access control. The MTC provides training for units and institutions in the greater San Antonio area, including the US Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Center of Excellence (School and Center), the Army Medical Command (MEDCOM, medical units, both Active and Reserve), Army Component, Northern Command (ARNORTH), Army Command, Southern Command (ARSOUTH), 24th Air Force Cyber Mission Elements, Defense Health Affairs, and the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), San Antonio.

 

This position is located at the Mission Training Complex, Joint Base San Antonio, TX.

 

The position will be filled upon contract award.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintains access to and regularly work with Government sensitive data and may represent the Government at meetings and conferences.
  • Is responsible for usage and status reporting, trends and analysis.
  • Assists the Government in monthly, quarterly and annual JBSA and Installation Management Command reporting requirements, including Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) Reporting, Monitoring/Evaluation/Reporting (MER) operations, Training Support-Materiel Army-wide Tracking System (TSMATS) operations, Management Internal Control Program (MICP), Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS), Common Level of Support (CLS), Interactive Customer Reporting (ICR), usage trends and analysis, event through-put analysis, Installation Status Reporting (ISR) requirements and manpower analysis.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

 

Minimum education and experience:

  • Associate's degree in a related subject or two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in usage/status reporting, trends analysis and program analysis reporting.

 

 

Minimum qualification: 

  • Experience in providing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on program, manpower, financial and/or other usage/trends/through-put related reports.
  • Familiarity with one or more of following reporting requirements: Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) Reporting, MER reporting and maintaining, TS-MATS, Management Internal Control Program (MICP), Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS), Common Level of Support (CLS), Interactive Customer Reporting (ICE), and Installation Status Reporting (ISR).

 

 

 

Minimum clearance:

  • Current Secret clearance
